Mobile Crisis Intervention Services

It is easy to feel alone during a crisis. Our Mobile Crisis Intervention Services offer an immediate response 24/7 to children and youth ages up to 18 if still enrolled in school, that may be experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Our Mobile Crisis Clinicians respond to homes, schools, local hospitals, and other community settings. The goal of Mobile Crisis is to divert from unnecessary emergency department visits or inpatient hospitalizations.

To reach a Mobile Crisis Clinician please dial 2-1-1 and select option 1.

Our Mobile Crisis Clinicians are available for mobile services, phone support, and telehealth options 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Holidays.

Crisis Intervention Services

Our Intervention Services include:

•    Clinical assessment and Crisis safety planning

•    Mobile response services for stabilization of immediate crisis, usually within 45 minutes to homes, schools, and community settings.

•    Follow up services to ensure bridging of services to other community providers.

•    Ongoing collaboration with providers.

•    Streamlined referral process for referrals to internal programs within Wellmore for continued care and treatment.
