Community Support
Community Support Services programs promote healthy family relationships and a strong connection to community resources that help to stabilize and strengthen families throughout Connecticut. Community Support Services include Prevention, Early Intervention, and Intensive Home-Based Domestic Violence programs.
Our programs include Early Childhood Consultation Project (ECCP), Parents as Teachers (PAT), Care Coordination (CC), Community Support for Families (CSF), Fatherhood Engagement Services (FES), and Intimate Partner Violence – Family Assessment Intervention Response ( IPV-F).
Care Coordination
Home-based program helping to connect families with resources to support children who have serious emotional disturbances
Community Support For Families
Working in collaboration with others, increasing awareness, providing education, and empowering families.
Early Childhood Consultation
A strengths-based program designed to offer caregivers of young children relationship-based consultation services.
Fatherhood Engagement
Assists fathers with increasing positive parenting skills to improve their relationships with their children.
IPV-FAIR
Promoting healthier relationships for parents experiencing Intimate Partner Violence.
Parents As Teachers
Our parent educators’ partner with parents to enhance child development and parenting practices through guidance education and family support.
